This Presto 23-quart pressure canner works on gas, electric, smooth-top, and induction ranges and is constructed of heavy-gauge polished aluminum with a stainless steel-clad base for fast, even heating.  It can double as a water bath canner for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles and salsas.  The easy-to-read gauge automatically registers a complete range of processing pressures.
